The new line features industry-leading innovations, including India’s largest chamber laminator, which improves lamination quality and speeds up production by 33% compared to traditional Indian lines, dramatically reducing project lead times.

In a major expansion drive, the company plans to increase module capacity to 7GW by 2027 and 10GW by 2030. It will also build a 2GW solar cell factory (expandable to 5GW) to meet growing demand. To complement its solar offerings, WorldOne provides battery energy storage systems (BESS) with high-capacity lithium-ion batteries and hybrid energy management, as well as versatile inverters for grid-connected, off-grid and hybrid setups.

This technological leap positions WorldOne Energies to lead India’s solar manufacturing revolution while aligning with global sustainability goals, the company said, emphasising how its integrated solutions and rapid capacity growth aim to accelerate the country’s clean energy transition and enhance its standing in international markets.
