PVTIME – On July 3rd, CNNC Hua Yuan Titanium Dioxide Co., Ltd. (002145.SZ) launched a 2GW integrated of source-grid-load-storage project in Jingtai County, Gansu Province, China.
The total investment of the project is 10 billion yuan. It is planned to build photovoltaic power generation plant with power generation capacity of 500-1,000MW, wind power plant with power generation capacity of 1,000 -1,500MW, and 200MW 2h (200MW/400MWh) of energy storage projects within two years in two phases. The first phase will focus on the solar plant and is scheduled to be completed by the end of June 2023, while the second phase for wind power project will be completed by the end of 2024.
