PVTIME – Dongfang Hitachi (Chengdu) Electric Control Equipment Co., Ltd, a unit of Dongfang Electric (DEC), has recently signed an agreement with the local government of Lingwu City in Ningxia, China. This collaboration centres on a solar inverter project, where both parties will jointly establish a PV inverter manufacturing project with an annual production capacity of 10GW.
