PVTIME – On 9 October 2023, RoboTechnik Intelligent Technology Co., LTD. (RoboTechnik) (300757.SZ), a company involved in the creation, planning, advancement and making of advanced automation machinery and manufacturing systems, has signed a PV equipment supply agreement with Trina Solar’s subsidiary at a tax-inclusive price of 120 million yuan. This amount represents 13.29% of RoboTechnik’s audited income in 2022.
Notably, RoboTechnik and Trina Solar share a long-standing partnership. On 8 September 2023, RoboTechnik and its wholly owned subsidiary secured the bid for Trina Solar’s equipment tender for 40GW solar cell projects, consisting of projects in Dongtai City, Tinghu City, Yangzhou City, and PIII in Huai’an City, for a total value of 357.84 million yuan (including tax). Three of these projects were signed on 27 September 2023, at a total value of 238 million yuan (including tax).
In June 2023, RoboTechnik entered into an agreement with Trina Solar Huaian, a subsidiary of Trina Solar, to provide PV automation equipment for a contract amounting to approximately 101 million yuan, including tax. This contract represents about 11.18% of RoboTechnik’s audited operating revenue for 2022.
