PVTIME – RoboTechnik Intelligent Technology Co., LTD.(300757.SZ), a company engaged in the manufacture, design, development and production of high-tech automation equipment and manufacturing systems, announced on 14 June 2023 that it and CSI Solar Co., Ltd.(688472.SH) and subsidiaries had signed a contract for PV automation equipment and equipment upgrade with a cumulative value of approximately 153 million yuan (including tax) within a 12-month period, accounting for approximately 16.94% of RoboTechnik’s audited operating revenue for the year 2022.
According to the announcement, the two sides have signed a contract for automation equipment with a contract value of 12 million yuan from 13 June 2022 to 31 December 2022, and for equipment upgrades with a contract value of 141 million yuan from 1 January 2023 to 13 June 2023.
These contracts are expected to have a positive impact on RoboTechnik’s operating results in the current and future years, and it will recognise revenue in the corresponding accounting period in accordance with the requirements of the contract and the revenue recognition policy (the final data is subject to audit by the accounting firm).
