PVTIME – Jinko Power Technology Co., Ltd. (Jinko Power, 601778.SH), released its 2023 financial report.
In 2023, Jinko Power achieved operating income of 4.370 billion yuan, up 36.72% year on year. And its net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 383 million yuan, up 77.05% year-on-year, with deducted non-net profit of 251 million yuan, up 32.10% year-on-year.
Meanwhile, the total installed capacity of renewable power plants owned by Jinko Power reached 5.36GW, up 49% year-on-year, of which the newly added installed capacity in 2023 was about 2,356MW, up 263% year-on-year.
Specifically, in 2023, the total grid-connected volume of Jinko Power’s ground-mounted and centralised PV solar power plants reached 1,037MW, up 646MW or 165% year-on-year compared to that in 2022. 350MW of industrial and commercial distributed projects were connected to the grid, an increase of 166MW or 90% year on year. During the period, a total of 1,418MW of residential PV systems were documented and 969MW of new systems were connected to the grid, an increase of 894MW or 1,192% year-on-year.
In addition, Jinko Power completed the sale of 592MW of domestic and overseas projects by way of equity transfer, of which approximately 221MW were ground-mounted projects, 106MW were distributed industrial and commercial projects and 265MW were residential PV projects.
In 2023, Jinko Power added more than 1GW of solar power systems to the grid, dramatically improving its financial results and performance. It has also improved its management system with excellent agent teams and expects further growth in 2024.
