PVTIME – On 13 October 2024, the construction of a large-scale PV glass production base started in Lanzhou City, China.

The project is initiated by Taiheyuan Tech, with a total investment of 4.5 billion yuan. It will set up four PV glass production lines with production capacity of 1,200t/d each, and the waste heat will be used for power generation. It is planned to be put into operation in April 2026, to produce 1,500,000MT of glass for solar products annually.
