PVTIME – On 14 June 2023, Jiangsu Leadmicro Nano Technology Co., Ltd.(Leadmicro)(688147.SH) announced that it had recently signed a sales contract for TOPCon cell equipment with Zhejiang Guokang New Energy Technology Co. with a total contract value of approximately 441 million yuan (including tax).
The two sides have agreed that the delivery date for the equipment, including but not limited to ALD equipment, PEALD equipment, PECVD equipment, tubular oxidation annealing furnace, tubular diffusion furnace, etc., is 30 June 2023, with the first equipment to be delivered to the factory. Subsequent deliveries will follow as agreed by both parties.
Leadmicro stated that this first cooperation on the supply of TOPCon cell production equipment is expected to strengthen the company’s market position and equipment layout strategy, which is newly focused on high-efficiency solar cell processing, as well as improve its market competitiveness.
