PVTIME – Jiangsu Boamax Technologies Group Co.,Ltd.(002514.SZ), a company mainly engaged in heavy truck power exchange, energy storage, comprehensive energy, power grid flexibility peak shaving projects, R&D, manufacturing and sales of intelligent equipment, disclosed on January 19 that it has signed a cooperation agreement with the People’s Government of Huaiyuan County, Anhui Province of China, on high-end intelligent equipment and renewable energy projects.
According to the agreement, Boamax intends to invest in 5.5 billion yuan in PV projects including the research and development, production and manufacturing of renewable energy products and equipment, and 6GW HJT solar cell and 6GW module production lines.
The first phase of this particular project aims to achieve production capacity of 2GW high-efficiency HJT solar cell and 2GW module, with a planned investment of 1.7 billion yuan. And the second phase will focus on 4GW high-efficiency HJT solar cell and 4GW module production and related projects.
