PVTIME – On 14 June 2023, JinkoSolar announced that the Board of Directors of the Company intends to sell part of the assets of its residential PV power generation projects by transferring its equity interest in the project company in order to reduce its total assets while increasing its cash flow and optimising its asset structure and business development.
The total installed capacity of the residential PV power plants to which the equity interest in the project company will be transferred shall not exceed 500MW for a period from the date of approval by the Board of Directors to 31 December 2023.
The sale of the residential photovoltaic power generation assets is expected to have a positive impact on the Company’s net profit for 2023. The further progress of the above transaction and its specific impact on the Company will be disclosed when the subsequent transaction is completed.
