PVTIME – JinkoSolar announced on 22 January that Shanghai Jinko, one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, intends to transfer 100% of the shares of its nine companies, including their distributed C&I solar power plants, to a renewable energy company.
These nine solar power plants are located in different cities in China, with a cumulative installed capacity of 55.79MW. And the total price will be 87,840,300 Yuan (US$12,253,721.85). The final price of the transaction is slightly lower than the net book value of the target company, which will have a slight negative impact on the company’s net profit for the year 2024, the exact amount of which is subject to the results to be confirmed by the annual audit.
