PVTIME – Recently, NYOCOR Co., Ltd.(600821.SH)announced the acquisition of Changzhou Changhe New Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trina Solar.
According to the announcement, China Development Bank Energy, the wholly-owned subsidiary of NYOCOR intends to acquire 90% of Changzhou Changhe New Energy Co., Ltd. shares for RMB 603.555 million. The target company holds a 250MW photovoltaic project in Shanxi Province through Pingshun County Guohe Photovoltaic Power Co., Ltd..
Before the completion of the transaction, Trina Solar held 99.86% of the project company through its wholly-owned subsidiary Changzhou Changhe, and China Development Bank Energy held 0.14% of the project company through its wholly-owned subsidiary Pianguan County Kaineng PV Power Co., Ltd. After the completion of this transaction, China Development Bank Energy will hold a total of 90.014% of the project company through Changzhou Changhe and Pianguan Kaineng.
NYOCOR, with a registered capital of 1.2 billion yuan, is a company engaged in solar power technology services, sales of photovoltaic equipment and components, sales of intelligent power transmission and distribution, and control equipment.
