PVTIME – On 7 December 2023, Hymson revealed that it has secured a 65GW contract from a renowned PV manufacturer owing to their cutting-edge photoelectric conversion efficiency. Hymson is thrilled to partner with others and offer dependable equipment to advance solar products, in line with the goal of reducing carbon emissions.
Hymson has reported a productivity increase of over 0.3% on their production lines since introducing their LAS laser rapid assisted sintering equipment this year. This equipment has also helped their customers achieve steady mass production with a growth in orders.
Hymson maintains an active involvement in the laser and automation industries. Hymson has gained significant advantages by combining laser and automation technologies to create, design, manufacture, and sell production automation equipment for diverse industries including lithium battery, photovoltaics, electronics, sheet-metalworking, and advanced displays. As of the Q3 2023 close, Hymson invested 352 million yuan in R&D, presenting a YoY growth of 28.28%.
