According to the average price of PV products announced by PV InfoLink on November 17, 2021 (182mm monocrystalline silicon wafer 6.87 yuan/piece), it is estimated that the total contract value is about 7.04 billion yuan (excluding tax),accounting for about 12.90% of the company’s audited operating revenue in 2020. This contract is not a special major sales contract, It is not necessary to submit it to the board of directors and the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation and approval.
DAS Solar is a cutting-edge company, mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of high-efficiency solar crystalline silicon cells and modules. And R&D, manufacturing, sales and technical services of photovoltaic application system and related products. The company has established large-scale photovoltaic production bases in Quzhou, Taizhou, Suzhou and Shuozhou Cities in China.
LONGi said that the performance period of this long-term single sales framework contract is from 2022 to 2023. The signing of this contract will have a positive impact on the company’s future operating performance and have no impact on the company’s current performance.
According to the Q3 reports previously disclosed by LONGi, in the first three quarters of this year, the company achieved a revenue of 56.206 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 54.17%. The net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company was 7.556 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 18.87%. The non net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 7.399 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23.02%.
