(Inner Mongolia Xinte), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinte Energy Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 1799), for air cooler equipment, with a contact value of 126 million yuan. It is expected to positively influence the company’s operating income and net profit this year if this contract is successfully implemented. On the same day, Shuangliang Eco-Energy Systems and its holding subsidiary Jiangsu Shuangliang New Energy Equipment Co.,Ltd. have signed with Inner Mongolia Xinte respectively, with a total contract value of 205.4 million yuan, accounting for 5.36% of the company’s audited operating income in 2021.
What is more, the company has win the 72 pairs of rod reduction furnace equipment order of Xinjiang Qiya Aluminium and Power Co., a subsidiary of Sichuan Qiya Group, and the winning amount is about 410 million yuan.
