PVTIME – 23 October 2024, Jiangyin Haida Rubber And Plastic Co., Ltd. (Haida, 300320.SZ) has signed a long-term snap fastener supply agreement with PV giant LONGi.
Under the terms of the agreement, Haida will supply 8GW of snap fasteners to LONGi from June 2025 to June 2026 at undisclosed prices.
However, Haida disclosed that in the first half of 2024, 2023, 2022 and 2021, Haida, through its subsidiary, supplied LONGi with experimental samples and adhesive plates for slicing, but not snap fasteners or related products, at prices of RMB13,495,300, 13,885,500, 13,736,500 and 13,439,400, respectively, representing 0.92%, 0.52%, 0.52% and 0.53% of its total revenue.
