PVTIME – Arctech Solar Holding Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Arctech) (SSE-STAR 688408), a world-leading solar tracking, racking and BIPV system provider, its subsidiary Suzhou Arctech New Energy Power Technology Co., Ltd. signed a rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation project contract with PowerChina Jiangxi Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd..
The project is based in Gaoan City, Jiangxi Province, China, and its installed capacity of Phrase I is expected to be 120MW. The project, which adopts Arctech BIPV Solution “Smart Top”, has now entered the construction stage, and is expected to become the largest BIPV project in the world after completion.
This new project renewed Arctech’s record. The successful signing of the 120MW rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation project in Gaoan City marks that Arctech BIPV has taken the next step after its 40.9MW Fengcheng project which the largest BIPV project in China in 2020.
