PVTIME – Recently, the Phase II of Tonghe New Energy Slicing Project has kicked off, and its first silicon wafer was delivered successfully.
Tonghe New Energy is a joint venture of Tongwei and Trina Solar (688599.SH), it initiated with building the MES system, planning the automatic IGV trolley route, scheduled technical training, then production equipment testing repeatedly, demonstration, and optimizing the process with high requirements and high standard. The slicing workshop features AI intelligent management system, intelligent integrated equipment and intelligent analysis and management. The automatic rod adhesion line and auxiliary cutting equipment are controlled by the intelligent management system.
the first silicon wafer was taken from the production line of the Phase II of Tonghe New Energy Slicing Project, with the staff of Tonghe New Energy Q1 workshop gazing it fervently and celebrating it with rapturous applause.
It took 4 month for the first silicon wafer to be outputted from the Phase II production line.
