PVTIME – On March 12, Guangdong Golden Glass Technologies Limited (hereinafter referred to as Golden Glass or the Company) (300093.SZ) was pleased to announce that its first 210 large-size HJT cell was rolled off the production line successfully.
This Golden Glass project adopts the whole-line heterojunction manufacture equipment provided by Suzhou Maxwell Technologies Co., Ltd. (300751.SZ), a leading photovoltaic equipment company. And it is equipped with MES tracking system, which can deal with large-scale mass production wafer-level tracking and traceability. The precise production processes are control with Big Data and digital intelligent manufacturing.
This new project is now viewed as in a leading position in the PV industry. This project is the first GW-level mass-produced 210 heterojunction production line China and over the world so far. And currently, it is the first single-line with production capacity of 600MW heterojunction, the first with a mass production efficiency of more than 24.5% with a module power of 700W+.
Starting from July 2021, it took 240 days and with the full support of all employees in the company, who overcame various production difficulties and truly practiced the production spirit of “Efficiency, details and speed” to proudly fulfill the goal of rolling-off their first 210 large-size heterojunction cell.
