PVTIME – On April 2nd, wafer manufacturer Zhonghuan Semiconductor issued its latest product prices for the month of April where prices across the board have increased.
Compared with the quotation on March 4, the price of silicon wafers with different specifications is increased by 0.14-0.21 yuan/piece (2.11-2.55%), taking 160μm wafers as example.
The price for Zhonghuan’s P-type 158.75/166/182mm 160μm wafers have increased by 0.14 yuan to 5.74 yuan/piece, 5.64 yuan/piece and 6.79 yuan/piece respectively. The price for its P-type 210mm 160μm has increased by 0.20 yuan/piece (2.26%) to 9.05 yuan/piece. For the P-type 218.2mm (160μm) the cost will be 9.77 yuan/piece, an increase of 0.21 yuan/piece from March 4.
