PVTIME – On August 3, a Strategic Cooperation Agreement was signed by China Datang Corp. and China Energy Engineering Corporation Limited (CEEC), a wholly owned subsidiary of China’s State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) a dominant player in thermal power engineering and construction.
“It an opportunity for the two sides to promote clean energy projects, such as offshore wind power, pumped storage, clean and efficient coal power, and related innovation technologies, development and construction,” said ZOU Lei, chairman of China Datang. “Further cooperation includes expanding emerging industries and the market focuses on the Belt and Road are expected to jointly promote the high-quality development of the energy and power industry.”
