PVTIME – Cloud Live Technology Group Co., Ltd. (CLTG)(002306.SZ), a company mainly engages in the catering business in China, is pleased to announce that Shenzhen Pule New Energy had signed a Framework Agreement with CLTG on September 13 for jointly R&D and production of ultra-high-efficiency n-type solar cells in Xuzhou City of China.
According to the agreement, the project is planned to achieve production capacity of 5GW in the first phase, and another 3GW of solar cells for the second phase which would be ready for 7GW more production capacity later. The two sides would like to make full use of their advantages to fulfill the 15GW goal, although the plan or schedule might be adjusted according to uncertain situations.
