PVTIME – Shuangliang Eco-Energy Co., Ltd. (Shuangliang)(600481.SH), a subsidiary of Shuangliang Group, announced on 22 March that Shuangliang Silicon Materials (Baotou) Co., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, recently signed a silicon ingot purchase and sales agreement with DAH Solar Co., Ltd.(DAH Solar), a China-based PV product manufacturer.
According to the contact, Shuangliang will supply DAH with 7,800MT of N10 mono-crystalline silicon square ingots from 2023 to 2025 at a price of 2.602 billion yuan, estimated according to the latest average price of mono-crystalline wafers (182mm/150μm) published by InfoLink Consulting on 16 March 2023.
In addition, on 21 March, Shuangliang Silicon Materials (Baotou) Co., Ltd. had signed a silicon wafer procurement contract with Jiangsu Zhongqing Advanced Cell Manufacturing Co., to supply Zhongqing with 135 million pieces of mono-crystalline silicon wafers (182 mm, p or n type), the sales value of which is estimated at 861 million yuan (including tax) based on the latest average price of mono wafers published by InfoLink Consulting on 16 March 2023.
