PVTIME – Wuhan DR Laser Technology Corp. (DR Laser)(300776.SZ), a high-tech company mainly engaged in research, product, sales and service of top-quality laser equipment, and providing advanced laser application solution to customers at home and abroad, announced on 5 June 2023 that it has recently signed an equipment purchase contract with a customer at a price of 976,345,700 yuan (excluding tax), which is equivalent to 73.72% of DR Laser’s audited main business revenue for the year of 2022.
According to the contract, DR Laser will supply laser equipment to the customer and its entities under the same control within 12 months.
DR Laser stated that the contract relates to its day-to-day operations and is expected to have a positive impact on its strategic development, operating income and net income. DR Laser will recognise revenue in the appropriate accounting period in accordance with the terms of the contract and its revenue recognition policy.
