PVTIME – On 5 November 2024, Skycorp Solar Group Limited, a holding company of Ningbo Skaimon Solar Energy Co., Ltd., filed an application with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under the proposed PN for listing on Nasdaq.
The initial filing was made on 19 December 2023. The company plans to offer 2.7 million shares at a price of $4 to $5 per share, with a proposed capital raising range of $10.8 million to $13.5 million.
Founded in 2011, Skycorp is a leading integrated new energy provider. Its main products include PV cables, solar inverters, super EV chargers and investment in solar power plants.
