ET Solar Group Corp. (“ET Solar”), a leading solar one-stop solution provider, announces the immediate availability of ET AC Modules powered by SolarBridge microinverters in Australia. ET Solar has collaborated with Australian Micro Inverters (“AMI”) to promote ET AC solar product in the country.
According to a recent study by the Australian Climate Commission, one in ten Australians uses rooftop solar systems. And the market share of microinverter-based solar systems more than tripled from 2011 to 2012, and is still expected to grow strongly.
ET AC modules with built-in microinverters offer better energy harvest in shaded rooftop conditions, since each module operates independently of others. Furthermore, installation lead time for these modules is meaningfully shorter as the inverters are already installed on the modules during module production.
With high module efficiencies and high-power SolarBridge Pantheon II microinverters, solar systems with integrated ET AC modules will yield more energy, incur lower design and installation costs, and feature innovative web-based monitorability of individual module performance. The ET Solar AC Modules have a 25-year, end-to-end performance warranty.
“ET Solar has already achieved great success with its AC module products in the United States. With the growing demand for microinverters in Australia, we see ET AC Modules play a very meaningful role in the PV market development in the country going forward,” said Dennis She, president and CEO of ET Solar.
“Microinverters offer tremendous convenience and installation benefits,” explained Leon Pinxteren, managing director of AMI. “In addition, AC modules offer greater safety and reliability with no DC cabling running from the roof. For all of these reasons we’re seeing a fantastic uptake in sales of these systems.”
