Manufacturing giant BYD has been awarded the prestigious JET certification for their PV modules. The panelswere put through many hours of rigorous testing, and now carry yet another industry stamp of approval.
The Japan Electrical Safety & Environment Technology Laboratories (JET) are one of Japan’s leadingstandards groups responsible for evaluating quality and reliability of solar products. Japan’s PV market has been in growth mode since the announcement of their Solar Feed-in-Tariff (FIT) program was initiated. Analysts are predicting Japan to become a leading consumer of solar products in the immediate future.

Over the past few years, BYD has developed a reputation as a Global New-Energy powerhouse.
