Shenzhen, China—On July 18th, BYD, a world leader in new energy revolution announced its Photovoltaic Module products have been certificated by Inmetro (National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology of Brazil) as “A” class. The certification result shows the energy efficiency and other performances of BYD PV modules match the benchmarks of Top-class PV modules standards in Brazil.
At present, BYD solar products sales area covered dozens of countries all over the world for instance Germen, Italy, Spain, USA, and etc. The “A” class Inmetro certification is another demonstration for high quality of BYD solar products after acquiring TUV certification and UL certification.
At 2012 SNEC, BYD firstly announced the high efficiency and low cost PV TOP.5 technology, and in July, BYD established PV R&D center in BYD Ningbo plants. Comparing with other manufactures, all modules of BYD are recognized as “A” class. This certification illustrates BYD’s capability and strong competence in PV module manufacture industry.
