CTIEC and WElink Global Limited signed an EPC contract of 25MW BIPV roof project for France Reunion Island. Board chairman and president of CTIEC Peng Shou signed the contract on behalf of the company. Sun Jian’an, executive vice president of CTIEC and Wang Congxiao, assistant president and director of new energy engineering department of CTIEC attended this signing ceremony.
Reunion Island, located in Indian Ocean, east of Africa, belongs to overseas territory of France. This project will adopt low-pressure terminal customer premises grid–connected technology to build 250 small-size agricultural warehouses with PV generation system integrated roof in the island. The installed power of each PV generation unit is 100kw. After completion of the project, it can not only improve the rate of local renewable energy generation, but also provide the local farmers with agricultural infrastructure. CTIEC will be responsible for overall project, including design, procurement, construction, grid–connection debugging, etc.
