The emails claiming that Stonestar is recalling inverters are not issued by Stonestar. They are issued by another unknown party, possibly a jealous competitor. JFY always provide high quality inverters. We are and will remain their biggest distributor in Australia.
Issuing these false notices under Stonestar’s name is a serious business crime. This matter has already been reported to the police and will be reported to the ACCC. We appreciate any assistance you can provide through the collection of these emails for the investigation that will soon follow. Thanks in advance!
