It is expected to carry out PV power generation and energy conservation projects to promote the Dual-carbon Goals. As of 31 December 2022, Hualan had invested in the development of commercial and industrial distributed PV power plant projects in Dongguan and other cities, with 15.86MW under contract and 10.07MW completed or under construction.
