PVTIME – On May 11, JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd.,(002459.SZ) announced that its non-public offering of shares has been closed successfully, and its additional 74,382,624 shares will be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on May 16, 2022. The offering price is 67.22 yuan per share, equals a total of 5 billion yuan.
According to the announcement, There are 21 issuing objects in total, including GF Fund Management, Caitong Fund Management, GF Securities, Harfor Fund Management, Huatai Securities, Penghua Fund Management, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and so on.
The raised funds will be used for 20GW monocrystalline silicon rod, 20GW monocrystalline silicon wafer projects, R&D of high-efficiency solar cell pilot project, and supplementary working capital, after deducting the issuing expenses. With the funds, the ratio of liabilities of JA Solar is expected to be further reduced.
