CHANGCHUN, China, December. 1, 2019 /PVTIME/ — Recently, the world-renowned PV manufacturer Jetion Solar (China) Co., Ltd. (“Jetion Solar” or “the company”) announced that it will provide 65 MW solar modules to Molin Energy’s two utility-scale projects in Cordoba, central Argentina.
According to reports, the two projects, named “CB Project” and “VMRS Project”, are both located in Cordoba, one of the central provinces of Argentina, with a scale of 30MW and 35MW respectively. Both projects have been successfully signed power purchase agreement (PPA) with the Argentina National Grid for a period of 20 years. The two projects will use more than 180,000 pcs of Jetion Solar high-efficiency solar modules, and CTIEC, the world’s leading EPC contractor, will provide EPC services. After the project is grid connected, it’s expected to generate about 100 GWh of clean energy each year, saving about 32,000 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 81,000 tons.
