SHANGHAI, April 3, 2013 — JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (“JinkoSolar” or the “Company”) (NYSE: JKS), a leading global solar PV power product manufacturer, today announced that it has entered into a module supply agreement with a well-recognized solar project developer (the “Developer”) to deliver a total of 115 megawatts (MW) of its high-efficiency solar panels for two projects in South Africa. The projects will be developed, designed, constructed and commissioned by the Developer. This module supply agreement will also serve as a general terms and conditions under which the Developer may purchase from JinkoSolar additional solar panels for other projects worldwide in a three year period.
Both projects are part of Phase 2 South African IPP Procurement Program. The first project will consist of a total of 75 MW while the second project will consist of 40 MW.
