Join the PVBL 2025: Engage with the PV Industry’s Best and Brightest

PVTIME – A brand is a company’s symbol and a sign of quality, and it becomes one of its most important assets that you cannot touch. The Photovoltaic Brand Lab (PVBL) recognises the excellent performance and achievements of PV companies around the world and in different regions. This includes things like leadership, coming up with new technology, customer service and making products in new ways. For over 12 years, the PVBL has been well-known and respected as an independent organisation that doesn’t take orders. Its data has been used many times by top media outlets and industry organisations.

The PVBL collects information from important companies in the global PV and energy storage supply chain. It is the only research and ranking initiative that assesses the value of PV and energy storage brands. Its committee is made up of experts, research institutions, data analysis agencies, media representatives, and industry practitioners. The committee follows the principles of science, independence, fairness, and impartiality. It looks at things like shipments, revenue, money spent on R&D, and reputation, as well as lots of other things that show how good PV-related companies are.

To work out a company’s corporate brand rating, the PVBL 2025 Photovoltaic Brand Rankings use 12 years’ worth of data collected by Century New Energy Network (CNE Media) and its web-based operations. The highest possible rating is 1000, and this is calculated after companies have been thoroughly evaluated. This process looks at ESG ratings, how easily a company can be financed, operational data, and scientific research outcomes. It covers things like how much they ship, sell, profit, invest, influence, service quality, energy consumption, employee relations, and social responsibility. It also looks at things like how well the brand is designed, how popular it is, what people think of it, how loyal customers are, and how well marketing promotions are working. Once the evaluation is complete, the Top 100 PV Brand Rankings list and various category lists will be finalised for the awards ceremony.
