PVTIME – Recently, Jolywood (Taizhou) Solar Technology Co.,Ltd (300393)(hereinafter referred to as Jolywood), the world’s largest manufacturer of N-type TOPCon bifacial solar panel, announced that its TOPCon 2.0 1.5GW Smart battery factory was launched on December 8, in Taizhou City, China.
Jolywood Smart battery factory is the world’s largest GW-level TOPCon battery smart factory based on large-size silicon wafers. The production line adopts a new generation of N-type TOPCon 2.0 technology developed by independent research. The AI intelligent unmanned battery factory is equipped with fully automated production equipment, 5G fully intelligent AGV materials and product transmission systems, and a fully digital information MES management system. After commissioning, the labor efficiency has been significantly improved.

As of August this year, the cumulative global installed capacity of Jolywood has exceeded 5GW, providing products and services to customers in more than 50 countries around the world. The first phase of the “16GW High-efficiency Monocrystalline Cell Smart Factory Project in the Shanxi City will also strive for the first complete line of equipment to enter the site at the end of December this year.
