PVTIME – According to the LONGi’s latest silicon wafer guidance released on February 5, the price of its silicon wafers will increase.

The price for LONGi‘s p-type M6 wafers (166/223mm and thickness of 170um) will increase to 3.35 yuan per piece and the price for p-type G1 wafers (158.75/223mm and 170um) will increase to 3.25 yuan per piece. For the P-type M10 wafers (182/247mm and thickness of 175um), the cost will be 4.05 yuan per piece.
It is worth noting that in this update, the thickness of the 166mm and 158.75mm silicon wafers has decreased by 5μm.
