PVTIME – On September 4, Maxwell and Anhui Huasun Energy Co., Ltd., a company has the world-leading team in HJT solar cell R&D as well as manufacturing with over 8 years of experience in HJT cell research and massive production to create a high-performance HJT solar module, signed for sales and purchase contract agreement on production lines for HJT solar cells.
According to the Agreement, Anhui Huasun intends to purchase 12 production lines for a total annual output 7.2GW of high-efficiency heterojunction solar cells from Maxwell.
The total purchase amount exceeded 50% of its audited operating income in 2021, yet not reach 100%, Maxwell said.
