PVTIME – On 19 December 2023, Inner Mongolia OJing Science & Technology Co, Ltd (OJing S&T, 001269.SZ), a high-tech company engaged in the green energy business, announced its project extension for one year.
The company claims that its fundraising for the industrial silicon recycling project will be extended due to various factors. The fundraising is underway, but the operation of the recycling project will be delayed from 31 December 2023 to 31 December 2024.
OJing S&T initiated an initial public offering of not more than 145 million yuan on 21 October 2022. and the net amount of funds raised from the public offering of shares after deducting the issuance expenses will be used for high quality quartz products project, industrial silicon recycling project and R&D centre project.
