PVTIME – On 9 March, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement between JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Hyper Strong Technology Co., Ltd. was held at JA Solar’s headquarters in Beijing. Jin Baofang (Chairman of JA Solar), Yang Aiqing (Rotating President of JA Solar), Zhang Jianhui (Chairman of Hyper Strong), and Qian Hao (Deputy General Manager of Hyper Strong) attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing of the agreement. Zang Wenchao (Vice President of JA Solar and General Manager of Smart Energy Business Department), and Gao Shuqing (Vice General Manager of Hyper Strong) signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.
Beijing Hyper Strong Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading energy storage system integrator and energy storage system service provider in China. According to the agreement, JA Solar and Hyper Strong will, adhering to the principles of resource sharing, complementary advantages, equality and win-win cooperation, give full play to their respective advantages to carry out comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in the business areas of household energy storage systems, industrial & commercial distributed PV energy storage projects, large-scale overseas PV energy storage projects and construction of overseas electricity trading platforms. Next, the two parties will set up a joint venture company to take the lead in the R&D, production and sales of household energy storage systems and related power electronic equipment, and explore the development, construction and operation of overseas industrial & commercial, power-side and grid-side energy storage projects.
