PVTIME – The 10th list of U. S. goods to be excluded from Chinese tariff countermeasures against the U. S. Section 301 measure was announced on 13 September 2023 by the Customs Tariff Commission of China’s State Council.
The commission’s statement confirmed that the exemption of listed goods from tariff countermeasures will be extended from 16th September 2023 to 30th April 2024.
The list includes i. other polysilicon with a silicon content of >99.999999999 per cent, except for solar grade polysilicon and polysilicon scrap. ii. monocrystalline silicon wafersthat are doped for use in the electronics industry and have been sliced into discs and other shapes with a diameter of >15.24 cm.
