PVTIME – On 9th August 2023, TCL Zhonghuan Renewable Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (002129.SZ), a leading manufacturer and distributor of discrete semiconductor devices, released its latest product prices, where prices across the board have increased again.
Compared with the price on 29th July, the price of silicon wafers with different specifications has increased by 0.20-0.29 yuan/piece (6.33%-7.24%).
The latest prices of the company’s P-type 218.2, 210 and 182 wafers are 4.52, 4.20 and 3.15 yuan/piece respectively, up by 0.27 (6.24%), 0.25 (6.33%) and 0.20 (6.78%) respectively.
And its n-type 130μm wafers are 4.32 yuan/piece for 210 and 3.26 yuan/piece for 182, increased by 0.29 (7.20%) and 0.21 (6.89%) respectively, compared with that released in 29th July. Meanwhile, the n-type 110μm wafers are 4.15 yuan/piece for 210 and 3.13 yuan/piece for 182, up by 0.28 (7.24%) and 0.20 (6.83%) respectively.
