PVTIME – On 6 April 2023, TCL Zhonghuan Renewable Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (002129.SZ), a leading manufacturer and distributor of discrete semiconductor devices, announced its latest product prices for the month of April 2023.
Compared with the quotation on 6 March 2023, the prices of p-type 150 silicon wafers are increased by 0.18 yuan/piece (2.89%) to 6.4 yuan/piece, while the prices of p-type 218.2 and 210 wafers are decreased by 0.15-0.16 yuan/piece (1.81%-1.83%) to 8.69 and 8.05 yuan/piece, respectively.
Meanwhile, the prices of n-type 210 wafers (130μm/110μm) will be reduced by 0.15 yuan/piece to 8.20 and 7.87 yuan/piece respectively, and those of n-type 182 wafers (130μm/110μm) will be increased by 0.12-0.13 yuan/piece to 6.52 and 6.26 yuan/piece respectively.
