PVTIME – On 13 February, Tongwei, a leading company engaged in the R&D, manufacturing and marketing of core solar products, and PVO international signed a cooperation agreement to supply 400MW of Tongwei’s high-efficiency solar modules in 2023.
The two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation and resource sharing to promote the development of the renewable energy industry and enhance their pan-European strategic cooperation.
Gideon Overwater, CEO of PVO International, is very confident about the new partnership and believes that the solar market in Europe is huge. As a leading purchasing organisation/wholesaler of photovoltaic systems, solar panels, inverters and accessories, PVO international is looking forward to working with Tongwei, with its excellent quality of solar modules and strong marketing experience, to make further development in the European market.
In the future, PVO international and Tongwei will jointly work on the full range of PV products involved in commercial and industrial, residential rooftop, ground-mounted solar power plants and other related business scenarios to build a pan-European business, centred on Benelux, in the distribution of solar PV and related products.
