PVTIME – Yesterday, Trina Solar announced that its subsidiary, Trina Solar (US) Inc., has signed a supply agreement with NextEra Energy Constructors, LLC, for 4GW of 210mm modules.
According to the announcement, the contract period between Trina Solar and NextEra Energy is from 2022 to 2023, and the sales price will be determined according to the contract.
NextEra Energy Constructors, LLC, is a subsidiary of NextEra Energy, Inc., a leading clean energy company headquartered in Juno Beach, Florida. NextEra Energy owns two electric companies in Florida: Florida Power & Light Company, which serves more than 5 million customer accounts in Florida and is the largest rate-regulated electric utility in the United States as measured by retail electricity produced and sold; and Gulf Power Company, which serves approximately 470,000 customers in eight counties throughout northwest Florida.
