PVTIME – On March 4, wafer manufacturer Zhonghuan Semiconductor issued its latest product prices for the month of March where prices across the board have increased again.
Compared with the quotation on February 23, the price of silicon wafers with different specifications is increased by 0.05-0.11 yuan/piece, taking 160μm wafers as example.
Compared with the quotation on January 26, the price for Zhonghuan’s P-type 158.75/166mm 160μm wafers have increased by 3.7-3.77% to 5.60 yuan/piece and 5.50yuan/piece respectively. The price for its P-type 182mm 160μm has increased by 0.25 yuan/piece (3.91%) to 6.65 yuan/piece. For the P-type 210mm and 218.2mm (160μm) the cost will be 8.85 and 9.56 yuan/piece, an increase of 0.30 and 0.33 yuan/piece respectively from January 26.
