PVTIME – On May 19, wafer manufacturer Zhonghuan Semiconductor issued its N-type products prices for the first time.
The price for Zhonghuan’s N-type 210 150μm wafers will be 9.49 yuan/piece, and that of the 130μm wafers will be 9.06 yuan/piece.
Compared with the updated prices of P-type monocrystalline wafer released on April 27, N-type is about 6% higher than P-type at the same thickness of 150μm, as the price of P-type 210 wafer is 8.95 yuan/piece.
